NEW Mini-Series DD50 position indicator 

The ELESA range of direct drive position indicators is increasingly evolving towards new models and executions with a more compact shape.

With this concept in mind, Elesa developed the new DD50, a smaller version of the DD51 counter, which offers a three-digit counter. Similar to the new DD52R counter the DD50 counter has ultrasonic welding between the case and the base, together with a dynamic front sealing element made up of an O-ring fitted between the rotating bushing and the outer case, to avoid the penetration of dust and liquids. A rear brass bushing with double seal ring enables protection class IP67 (immersion proof front and rear sealing).

Over ninety-six (96) different configurations are available in standard pitches of 1.00, 1.0, 2.0, 4.0, 5.0 and 10.0 mm. Special pitches and stainless steel bush configurations are also available, though minimum order quantities apply.

Substitution of DD52 series position indicators with the NEW DD52R series

 The ELESA range of direct drive position indicators is increasingly evolving towards new models and executions with a more compact shape.

 With this concept in mind, Elesa developed the new DD52R, a thinner version of the DD52 five-digit counter, which offers full compatibility with the previous model. On top of reduced thickness, contributing to a better optimisation of the overall dimensions, DD52R features a window moulded over the case and ultrasonic welding between the case and the base, together with a dynamic front sealing element made up of an O-ring fitted between the rotating bushing and the outer case, to avoid the penetration of dust and liquids. A rear brass bushing with double seal ring enables protection class IP67 (immersion proof front and rear sealing).

Compared to the older DD52 indicator, the roller counter now offers better readability, thanks to larger digits.

All the other features have remained unchanged, so that the product meets the high quality and reliability standards of the Elesa brand. Fitted with the special plastic spacer base BS52R, the new DD52R achieves the same overall dimensions of the previous DD52 model.

In light of the above, Elesa informs you that in the following months the older DD52 model will be supplied until stock is available and then automatically replaced with the new DD52R version, provided with the special spacer base that makes it fully interchangeable with the DD52 model.
