Wet Blasting

The GREEN CLEANING MACHINE

Some of the benefits of the Wet Blasting Process are:

  • Single operation cleaning – grease, oil, burnt-on carbon, paint, grime, scale, etc… all removed simultaneously;
  • Complete elimination of dust;
  • No toxic or harmful chemicals – no atmospheric or environmental pollution;
  • No component erosion or impregnation – critical measurements maintained;
  • Simultaneous rust inhibition (if required);
  • Capability of processing all types of material;
  • Much lower media consumption and maintenance cost than conventional dry blasting.
